Annie Mist Thorisdottir, from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit Athlete. She's the co-owner of Crossfit Reykjavik where she also is a coach and trainer. Annie is first woman who has won CrossFit Games in two consecutive seasons. She placed second in the CrossFit Games in 2010 and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir - an Icelandic weightlifter and CrossFit athlete and a media celebrity is one of the CrossFit athlete from Iceland. The media has praised her for being the only woman to ever win two CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. Also, she was credited with winning both the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie and her parents and siblings were all born and brought up in Reykjavik Iceland. As a kid, she has been a sport and fitness enthusiast. In 2009 she took part in CrossFit competitions in California. Her initial performances were quite impressive. Annie Thorisdottir will be aged 31 (by 2021). Her height is about 5'7 and she weighs 67 kilograms. Annie began her CrossFit adventure in California in 2009. Annie did very well in her first competitions and finished with the top 10 in the rankings. She did not take home a title and finished with a 11th-place finish in the event. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. The coach Jami Tikannen helped her achieve an overall second place in the CrossFit Games, and a medal of silver in that year. As a result of her exceptional performance, she managed to take home her first CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie has an outstanding performance in 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the first female to be crowned the winner of the two CrossFit Games. In addition, she was awarded a medal of silver in 2014 and a medal of bronze in CrossFit Games in 2021. Annie currently coaches and trains Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. With rising fame as an athlete Annie has been a face of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae and many other brands. A few thousand people subscribe to her own Youtube Channel where training videos along with travel vlogs, family and training videos are uploaded.
