Hayley Orrantia, an American performer, songwriter and actress. People are familiar with her because of her character as Erica Goldberg on the popular show on television 'The Goldbergs.' While she is a performer, her primary passion is music. At the age of 9 older, she started exploring music. As she grew to 12 old, music was taken seriously enough that she began professionally trained. In the age of 13, she began writing songs. She recorded her debut album in the age of 14. Since then, she has not stopped since then. Orrantia is a native of America but with Hispanic roots. She has Hispanic roots even though she spoke English when a young girl and lived her life in the United States. To keep her heritage, she's learned Spanish and composed songs that are in Spanish. "Hasta Verte" which is a song with Spanish lyrics that she's recorded is an instance. Orrantia was a contestant on The X Factor during its debut season in the summer of 2011. Orrantia was chosen as a result of a YouTube video that she submitted and got four "yes" vote from judge at the time of live auditions at Seattle, Washington. Originally auditioning as a soloist, she along with three female singers were grouped in the final auditions during "Hollywood Week". The group was eliminated from the program during the fifth live week.
